We wanted to get a better grip on what we use this particular website for. Initially we intended to make relocated hive information available but that really hasn’t worked the way we intended it to.
After hemming and hawing about it for awhile now, we find that it’s better to use this space to share with folks our way of “hillbilly style” beekeeping and some of the tricks and tools we use to playing with bees.
Yep, see, we think beekeeping should be fun, not something boring like work so we look at the time we spend with bees as playing with them.
Sometimes it leads to a bit of rough-housing and someone ends up getting hurt, but, that will happen and we get back up, dust ourselves off and start again, all nice like.
So come on in and join the fun. I know we can all play together real nice like and maybe even learn something from each other at the same time.
