We are here for the local beekeeper. We are more than just a place to buy beekeeping products. We can help you figure out what you are looking for. We can show you how to use it, when to use it, where to use it and maybe even if you should use it.
You don’t get that kind of attention and service from a website or catalog. Only at the BBE-Tech: Bee Market will you get real beekeeping products from a real beekeeper who has used most, if not all of the items you are looking for.
You can get solid quality, locally made beekeeping equipment that’s been assembled correctly and will last for years. All you have to do is paint it your favorite color and add some bees.
We will be assuming the role of a local Brushy Mountain Bee Farm “Short Order” unit. That means you can take advantage of our regular weekly orders and cut down on the cost of shipping by placing your custom catalog order with us. We only add a 10% handling fee plus the discounted shipping and you save money. Give us your order by Sunday close and unless Brushy has a backorder on certain items, you can pick it up by the following Saturday morning. It just doesn’t get any easier than that.
Of course, we will still keep the most commonly asked for items in stock all year long.

Our “live” Bee Market is open by appointment only on Fridays and is open to the public on Saturday and Sunday every week from 10 am till 6 pm.

On orders that are phoned or e-mailed in to us, we can hold them for 7 days but not longer. If arrangements to pick up or have the order delivered aren’t arranged by the 7th day, the items will be returned to inventory.
Bee Photo Art:
We take photos of our bees all the time. Sometimes for inspections, for documentation and reporting purposes. Sometimes though, we get very lucky and get some absolutely beautiful shots of bees in flowers or on stunning settings. If you appreciate bees and nature and you love to collect and display incredible images of them, ask us about our “specialty” photos. they are sold as 8×10 images for $10.00 each.

Ten inch pure and natural beeswax tapered candles. Great for bad weather preparations, church uses, everyday use at home. Beeswax candles burn longer and cleaner than paraffin and other types of wax candles. Only $5.75 for a pair. Six inch pairs for only $4.75
Natural Beeswax hand and body soaps. One of the oldest and most widely used types of soap all over the world. Beeswax soap are great gifts for family, friends or yourself. “Lavendar and Milk” or “Honey and Grits” available. Only $5.00 per bar. Beeswax soaps and products last a long time because of how the beeswax spreads so well as it warms.

What is a Bee Market you ask?
We offer a variety of gifts and products celebrating honey bees and honey and wax items as well.
We carry embossed concrete step stones with bee images imprinted in them, honey, honey straws, wax candles, soaps, honey bee trading cards and more
We also carry beekeeping supplies and equipment. We have hives (Langstroth and KTBH), frames, wax foundation, smokers, smoker fuel, frame grips, hive tools and much more.
You can order ahead by calling (402) 370-8018 and tell us what you want, such as hive boxes or whole hives, frames, anything and we can have your order ready to be picked up.
The Bee Market is more than just a bee store. We carry special gift items and pieces from local artists. we also have a section dedicated to Big Bear’s Storage Sale which has items ranging from golf clubs to floor cleaning machines to computers, exercise machines, cookware and much, much more.
Local Beekeeper Support
We are always open to buying honey, wax and other products made from those by local beekeepers.
Sometimes, local hobby beekeepers discover that bees are making much more than they expected and become overwhelmed with how much honey and wax they have left over.
BBE-Tech will buy locally produced honey and wax and products in volume, providing a source of income and an outlet for the extras local beekeepers end up with.
