Allright by golly!

time to tackle this again.

to try to get myself better on track, I'm going to post every day, good or bad to try to keep on task.

two primary objectives, cut down intake, especially of "un-necessary" eating and increase physical activity, I don't care what my back says.

Monday, August 29th.

walked just over a mile instead of getting a ride to drop van off to get brakes repaired.  will walk balk same distance to pick van up.  gives me almost 2.5 miles walking today on varied levels and surfaces. not too shabby.

Ate some frozen pancakes for breakfast with butter and syrup.  (this is before the walking)  nothing more to eat until lunch time which will be small.  Goals for eating is big breakfast, middle sized lunch, small dinner at evening.

I'll try to post once more by end of day then post at least once at end of day regularly to keep my head focused on it building the habit.

On another note, I have been spending a lot of time on Google Plus.   I really like the service as a small business person.   I think it's interface is much easier to navigate and looks much cleaner and more open than facebook.  that's just me.

Now that the novelty has worn down a bit and I know how I intend to use it more specifically,  I will be posting here a bit more again on bee and bee stuff.

If anyone wants to find me on google plus,  I am on there as tony "Big bear" Sandoval, bigbearomaha@gmail.com.. If you would like an invite to the service,  follow this link.

Way to go Bear!   american flag

I am still stuck at 200 lbs, and I think it is because I stopped watching what I eat, and stopped my exercise routine (ya think?).  I am getting back on track also this past week, let's see some results!

started walking every morning this week with my dad early in the morning. (about 6 am) just a mile for now.

Walking/exercising before breakfast supposedly gets the metabolic rate going faster for the whole day to help burn more calories.

Here's hoping it helps.
